You can request the deletion of your Holddd account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what data is removed, and what is retained for legal compliance.
1. How to Request Deletion
Option A: From the App (Recommended)
- Open Holddd on your device
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- This will open your email app with a pre-filled deletion request
- Send the email to confirm your request
Option B: Email Us Directly
Send an email to contact@titilstudio.com with:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Body: Your registered email address (so we can verify ownership)
Processing Time: We will delete your account within 7 days of receiving your request and confirm via email when complete.
2. What Data Gets Deleted
The following data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted:

| Survey answers and personalization data | Deleted |
3. What Data is Retained
For legal and compliance reasons, we retain the following anonymized data:

| Anonymized crash logs | 90 days |
None of this retained data can be linked back to your identity after deletion.
4. Subscription Cancellation
⚠️ Important: Deleting your Holddd account does NOT automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel separately.
How to Cancel Your Subscription:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon (top right)
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Select Holddd
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts

5. After Deletion
Once your account is deleted:
- You will lose access to all your saved data permanently
- You cannot recover deleted information
- You can create a new account at any time using the same email
- Any active subscriptions must be cancelled separately via Google Play
