Account Deletion Request for Holddd

You can request the deletion of your Holddd account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what data is removed, and what is retained for legal compliance.

1. How to Request Deletion

Option A: From the App (Recommended)

  1. Open Holddd on your device
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. This will open your email app with a pre-filled deletion request
  5. Send the email to confirm your request

Option B: Email Us Directly

Send an email to contact@titilstudio.com with:

  • Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Body: Your registered email address (so we can verify ownership)

Processing Time: We will delete your account within 7 days of receiving your request and confirm via email when complete.

2. What Data Gets Deleted

The following data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted:

Account credentials (email, authentication) Deleted
Profile information (name, settings) Deleted
All pending purchase items Deleted
Spending and savings history Deleted
Currency and language preferences Deleted
Hourly wage settings Deleted
Notification preferences Deleted
Survey answers and personalization data Deleted

3. What Data is Retained

For legal and compliance reasons, we retain the following anonymized data:

Data Type Retention Period
Anonymized analytics (no personal info) 90 days
Subscription transaction records (for tax/accounting) 7 years
Anonymized crash logs 90 days

None of this retained data can be linked back to your identity after deletion.

4. Subscription Cancellation

⚠️ Important: Deleting your Holddd account does NOT automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel separately.

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right)
  3. Go to Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions
  4. Select Holddd
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts
