These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Holddd, a mindful spending application developed by TiTil Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Holddd, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The Service
Holddd is a personal finance tool designed to help users pause before making impulse purchases. The App uses psychological timers, questions, and statistics to encourage mindful spending decisions.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use Holddd.
- By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.
3. Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at contact@titilstudio.com.
4. Free Tier
Holddd offers a free tier that includes:
- Up to 5 active pending items
- Default timers (12h / 24h / 48h)
- Quick Check (psychological questions before deciding)
- Basic statistics (total saved, total spent, decisions)
- 30-day history
- Purchase deadline notifications

Billing
- Payments are processed by Google Play. By subscribing, you agree to Google Play's Terms of Service.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- You will be charged to your Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
Free Trial
- Monthly and Yearly plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you will be charged.
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through Google Play → Subscriptions.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until then.
- Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Refunds
Refund requests for subscription purchases are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. For lifetime purchases, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at contact@titilstudio.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's backend or other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and code within Holddd are the exclusive property of TiTil Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Holddd is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TiTil Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@titilstudio.com.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedy.
